Getting started with CrossFit is simple at CrossFit TPA!
The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that CrossFit TPA is for you, then your next step is to enroll in our CrossFit Prep introductory course.
By offering 2 different CrossFit Prep courses, we can find the option that works best for you and your schedule. The one-on-one intro course gives you maximum attention to your individual needs at a time that works for you. In the CrossFit Prep Course, you will learn how to perform the fundamental CrossFit Movements safely and effectively, ensuring a seamless transition into the group workouts after completing your CrossFit Prep Course.
