Fit Tots (4-6)
Fit Tots is designed to help instill a love for health and fitness in our youngest athletes ages 4-6. Through specific and intentional programming, we will work on the 10 general physical skills (cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy) and cognitive development while teaching our tots how to move correctly in space. We will utilize games and drills in a fun environment to reinforce good movement patterns while promoting teamwork, problem solving, and healthy competition.
Fit Tots is a 6 week course with classes happening once a week for 45 minutes. You can sign up for Mondays 4:30-5:15, OR, Saturdays from 9-9:45am. If you have to miss one of the classes you can make it up in the other class. Both of these classes will be capped at 12 athletes. Our first session will start the week of September 11th and run through October 21st.
Our youth programs will be coached by Jessica Bova, a collegiate and professional athlete, current CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certified trainer, and mother of 2. She is trained in Youth CrossFit methodologies, carries CRP/AED certifications, and has cleared a full background check. She will have an assistant coach for all youth classes as well.
