Students ages 12-16, join us for 5 weeks (10 total sessions) of fun and fitness. MAKE FITNESS YOUR SPORT!

During our training sessions teens will be introduced to bodyweight, compound, functional exercises, plyo-metrics and different modalities that will help to improve overall fitness. This class incorporates movements and load appropriate exercises for an individual’s developmental and skill level. This is an excellent program for student athletes either during or off-season and also for youth that would like to lead a more active lifestyle.

CrossFit Teens addresses all 10 of the general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance.

A typical class would include:

· General warm-up

· Conditioning

· Wod (Work Out of the Day)

· Skills

· Additional skill work on advanced movements or weightlifting

· Mobility
