MELT

Melt is one of two women’s only classes that CrossFit TPA offers. In our Melt Down class, ladies work on their metabolic conditioning without the use of barbells. The work outs are longer, challenging, and guaranteed to make you sweat!

Melt runs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday’s at 8am. Interested in giving it a shot? We offer free trails for anyone interested! No prior experience working out? No problem! Our coaches will guide you through the movements to ensure your safety and will help you modify movements as needed.

BARBELL BETTYS

Strength training not only helps reduce body fat by burning calories more efficiently, but it is imperative for maintaining muscle mass and bone mass.

That being said, welcome to Barbell Bettys!

The counterpart to Primal Melt Down, Barbell Bettys is the second women’s only class at TPA. This class focuses on building strength while maintaining proper form and technique. Not only do our ladies gain strength, they gain confidence and have a great time while doing it in a fun, positive atmosphere!
