Our CrossFit Prep courses are geared for teaching athletes the proper form and technique for the foundational movements of CrossFit. Our focus is on movement quality, safety, and having fun!
We understand that our schedule won’t necessarily work for everyone, that’s why we offer 2 different options for our CrossFit Prep Class. The first is our Group Prep Class; a 6 session course that runs the first 2 weeks of every month on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 7:30pm, and Saturday mornings at 9am.
Our next offering is a 3 session prep class that we do on a one-on-one basis. Alone with one of our coaches, you will have 100% individual attention at a time that works for your schedule.
Group Prep Class
