Tell us about you and your family.
My name is Megan Nocera and I primarily attend evening classes. I started at Crossfit TPA in March of 2015. I live in Beaver County with my husband, Lou and our two very active dogs, Zoey and Panky.
What brought you to CrossFit TPA?
Dom Teolis introduced Lou and I to Crossfit TPA. We have finally found a gym where we both enjoy coming too.
If You created a WOD, what would it be called and what would it consist of?
I would name it the Butt Buster.

How has CrossFit Changed your life?
This is the first time in my life that I have arm muscles and I couldn’t be more stoked about it. It also has helped me find confidence in myself to push further in the gym and not worry about if I have made a mistake.
Most memorable moment at CrossFit TPA.
Seeing Coach Jess’ face when I got my first pull-up. I still have a long way to go to master the pull-up, but hey, I have one.
Advice for people getting started at CFTPA.
Think about the song, “Dance Like Nobody’s Watching”. To accomplish personal goals that you have set, push yourself each day in the gym as if no one is watching except you.
